Next Gen Sequencing

The workshop would include discussion on best practices in project planning for RNA-Sequencing projects in terms of experimental design, data generation and appropriate sequencing technology to be applied to ensure maximum benefit from the planned project. This would be followed up with hands-on training on the complete data analysis pipeline using OPEN SOURCE tools and commands (Raw Data QC, Alignment / Assembly, Annotation, Differential Expression Analysis & Significant Biological Interpretations, etc.)
